Netim plays a dual role: Registrar, responsible for managing domain names, and that of host, responsible for distributing website content. This distinction is essential when dealing with abuse issues, as the response varies according to the role played by Netim (registrar or host).
We therefore invite you to differentiate between these two functions according to your request.

This abuse form is not dedicated to requests for disclosure of personal data. To obtain information about the holder of a domain name managed by Netim, please fill in our form available here particularly for requests for right of access (in accordance with our data disclosure policy).

Please note that requests from governmental or law enforcement cannot be processed via this form or via abuse@netim.com. The dedicated contact point is mentioned in our Anti-Abuse Policy.

Regarding invalid Whois complaints: as a Registrar, Netim has a the responsibility to make sure the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
